Surah Al-Imran (3:169)

وَلَا تَحۡسَبَنَّ الَّذِيۡنَ قُتِلُوۡا فِىۡ سَبِيۡلِ اللّٰهِ اَمۡوَاتًا ؕ بَلۡ اَحۡيَآءٌ عِنۡدَ رَبِّهِمۡ يُرۡزَقُوۡنَۙ‏ ۝

Wala tahsabanna allatheenaqutiloo fee sabeeli Allahi amwatan bal ahyaonAAinda rabbihim yurzaqoon

And never think of those who have been killed in the cause of Allāh as dead. Rather, they are alive with their Lord, receiving provision,

The Living Martyrs: Those killed in God's path are alive and receiving provision.

The Insight

Those killed in God's path are not dead but alive with their Lord, receiving miraculous provision. Seek the highest life. True life is spiritual and eternal. Recognize that the martyrs have achieved the ultimate success and are living in a superior reality.
