Surah Al-Ma'arij 70:41
عَلٰٓى اَنۡ نُّبَدِّلَ خَيۡرًا مِّنۡهُمۡۙ وَمَا نَحۡنُ بِمَسۡبُوۡقِيۡنَ‏ ۝
AAala an nubaddila khayran minhum wamanahnu bimasbooqeen
To replace them with better than them; and We are not to be outdone.
