Surah Al-Ma'arij 70:40
فَلَاۤ اُقۡسِمُ بِرَبِّ الۡمَشٰرِقِ وَالۡمَغٰرِبِ اِنَّا لَقٰدِرُوۡنَۙ‏ ۝
Fala oqsimu birabbi almashariqiwalmagharibi inna laqadiroon
So I swear by the Lord of all risings and settings that indeed We are able
