And the good land - its vegetation emerges by permission of its Lord; but that which is bad - nothing emerges except sparsely, with difficulty. Thus do We diversify the signs for a people who are grateful.

Tadabbur (Reflection)

Theme of the Ayat

The Quality of the Land: The righteous land yields abundant fruit; the wicked yields little.

The Insight

The righteous land yields abundant fruit by God's permission, while the corrupt land yields little. **Reflect on the state of your heart.** The quality of your deeds and acceptance of truth reflects the quality of your inner self. A corrupted soul yields little righteousness.
