Theme of the Ayat

The Exception for the Weak: Exemption from migration for the truly helpless.

The Insight

Exemption from the duty to migrate is granted to the truly weak, oppressed men, women, and children who have no means or guidance. **Recognize genuine capacity.** God's commands are tailored to capacity. If you possess genuine weakness or are truly helpless, God provides grace. Do not impose duties on those incapable of fulfilling them.
