آيات AYAT.ONE
Surah An-Nisa 4:17
اِنَّمَا التَّوۡبَةُ عَلَى اللّٰهِ لِلَّذِيۡنَ يَعۡمَلُوۡنَ السُّوۡٓءَ بِجَهَالَةٍ ثُمَّ يَتُوۡبُوۡنَ مِنۡ قَرِيۡبٍ فَاُولٰٓٮِٕكَ يَتُوۡبُ اللّٰهُ عَلَيۡهِمۡ​ؕ وَكَانَ اللّٰهُ عَلِيۡمًا حَكِيۡمًا‏ ۝
Innama attawbatu AAalaAllahi lillatheena yaAAmaloona assoo-abijahalatin thumma yatooboona min qareebin faola-ikayatoobu Allahu AAalayhim wakana AllahuAAaleeman hakeema
The repentance accepted by Allāh is only for those who do wrong in ignorance or carelessness and then repent soon after. It is those to whom Allāh will turn in forgiveness, and Allāh is ever Knowing and Wise.

The Acceptance of Repentance: God accepts the repentance of those who err in ignorance. |

The Insight

God accepts the repentance of those who commit evil out of ignorance and then repent quickly. **Repent immediately.** Do not let sin fester. Acknowledge your mistake (even if done rashly or impulsively) and turn back to God immediately while the heart is still soft. |
