AYAT.ONE
Inna Allaha la yaghfiru anyushraka bihi wayaghfiru ma doona thalika limanyashao waman yushrik billahi faqad dalladalalan baAAeeda
Indeed, Allāh does not forgive association with Him, but He forgives what is less than that for whom He wills. And he who associates others with Allāh has certainly gone far astray.

Tadabbur (Reflection)

Theme of the Ayat

The Gravity of Shirk (Polytheism): The one unforgivable sin.

The Insight

Associating partners with God is the only unforgivable sin. All other sins may be pardoned. **Maintain pure monotheism.** Reiterate the absolute prohibition of Shirk. All spiritual practice and doctrine must be filtered through the lens of God's unique divinity.
