Surah An-Nisa 4:115
وَمَنۡ يُّشَاقِقِ الرَّسُوۡلَ مِنۡۢ بَعۡدِ مَا تَبَيَّنَ لَـهُ الۡهُدٰى وَ يَـتَّبِعۡ غَيۡرَ سَبِيۡلِ الۡمُؤۡمِنِيۡنَ نُوَلِّهٖ مَا تَوَلّٰى وَنُصۡلِهٖ جَهَـنَّمَ​ ؕ وَسَآءَتۡ مَصِيۡرًا‏ ۝
Waman yushaqiqi arrasoolamin baAAdi ma tabayyana lahu alhuda wayattabiAAghayra sabeeli almu/mineena nuwallihi ma tawallawanuslihi jahannama wasaat maseera
And whoever opposes the Messenger after guidance has become clear to him and follows other than the way of the believers - We will give him what he has taken and drive him into Hell, and evil it is as a destination.

Theme of the Ayat

The Consequence of Schism: Opposing the Messenger leads to spiritual abandonment.

The Insight

Whoever opposes the Messenger after clear guidance has come and follows a path other than the believers' will be left to his chosen way and cast into Hell. **Prioritize communal unity.** Do not deliberately create schism or division after the truth has been established. Opposing the consensus of the righteous community is spiritual self-destruction.
