Indeed, those who disbelieve and die while they are disbelievers - never would the whole capacity of the earth in gold be accepted from one of them if he would seek to ransom himself with it. For those there will be a painful punishment, and they will have no helpers.

Tadabbur (Reflection)

Theme of the Ayat

The Worthless Ransom: The disbelievers' wealth cannot save them from the Fire.

The Insight

The wealth of those who die in a state of disbelief, even if it were enough to ransom the earth, will not be accepted as compensation. Prioritize eternal worth. Your accumulated wealth, no matter how vast, is worthless against God's justice. The only true ransom is the righteousness accumulated during your life.
