Allāh would not leave the believers in that state you are in presently until He separates the evil from the good. Nor would Allāh reveal to you the unseen. But instead, Allāh chooses of His messengers whom He wills, so believe in Allāh and His messengers. And if you believe and fear Him, then for you is a great reward.

Theme of the Ayat

The Divine Purge: Distinguishing the sincere from the hypocrites.

The Insight

God purges the community to distinguish the sincere from the wicked. He does not reveal the unseen to common people. Accept necessary trials. Social and communal conflicts are often God's way of distinguishing true commitment from hypocrisy, providing moral clarity for the community.
