Surah Al-Imran (3:104)

وَلۡتَكُنۡ مِّنۡكُمۡ اُمَّةٌ يَّدۡعُوۡنَ اِلَى الۡخَيۡرِ وَيَاۡمُرُوۡنَ بِالۡمَعۡرُوۡفِ وَيَنۡهَوۡنَ عَنِ الۡمُنۡكَرِؕ وَاُولٰٓٮِٕكَ هُمُ الۡمُفۡلِحُوۡنَ‏ ۝

Waltakun minkum ommatun yadAAoona ilaalkhayri waya/muroona bilmaAAroofi wayanhawna AAanialmunkari waola-ika humu almuflihoon

And let there be arising from you a nation inviting to all that is good, enjoining what is right and forbidding what is wrong, and those will be the successful.

There must be a community among you dedicated to calling to all that is good, commanding right, and forbidding wrong. Be an active moral agent. Do not be a passive member of society. Take responsibility for promoting righteousness and challenging immorality, ensuring your community remains morally sound.
