آيات AYAT.ONE
 فَاِذَا قَضَيۡتُمۡ مَّنَاسِكَکُمۡ فَاذۡکُرُوا اللّٰهَ كَذِكۡرِكُمۡ اٰبَآءَکُمۡ اَوۡ اَشَدَّ ذِکۡرًا ؕ فَمِنَ النَّاسِ مَنۡ يَّقُوۡلُ رَبَّنَآ اٰتِنَا فِى الدُّنۡيَا وَمَا لَهٗ فِى الۡاٰخِرَةِ مِنۡ خَلَاقٍ‏ ۝
Fa-itha qadaytum manasikakumfathkuroo Allaha kathikrikum abaakumaw ashadda thikran famina annasi manyaqoolu rabbana atina fee addunyawama lahu fee al-akhirati min khalaq
And when you have completed your rites, remember Allāh like your previous remembrance of your fathers or with much greater remembrance. And among the people is he who says, "Our Lord, give us in this world," and he will have in the Hereafter no share.

Theme of the Ayat

The Arrogance of Worldly Prayer: Praying for this life only.

The Insight

The verse critiques those who, after completing their rituals, pray only for the material blessings of this world. Aim beyond the temporary. Do not restrict your prayers to transient worldly gains. Prayers that only focus on money or status show a lack of depth and conviction in the eternal life.
