Faman khafa min moosinjanafan aw ithman faaslaha baynahum falaithma AAalayhi inna Allaha ghafoorun raheem
But if one fears from the bequeather some error or sin and corrects that which is between them i.e., the concerned parties, there is no sin upon him. Indeed, Allāh is Forgiving and Merciful.

Tadabbur (Reflection)

Theme of the Ayat

The Mercy of Reconciliation: Forgiving error to achieve peace.

The Insight

If a person changes the will to correct an error or mistake to achieve reconciliation between the beneficiaries, they incur no sin. Prioritize peace. The spiritual goal is always unity. If you can mediate or correct a potential source of conflict (like a legal dispute) in a family after death, your effort toward reconciliation is righteous.
