آيات AYAT.ONE
يٰٓاَ يُّهَا الَّذِيۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا کُلُوۡا مِنۡ طَيِّبٰتِ مَا رَزَقۡنٰكُمۡ وَاشۡكُرُوۡا لِلّٰهِ اِنۡ کُنۡتُمۡ اِيَّاهُ تَعۡبُدُوۡنَ‏ ۝
Ya ayyuha allatheena amanookuloo min tayyibati ma razaqnakum washkuroolillahi in kuntum iyyahu taAAbudoon
O you who have believed, eat from the good i.e., lawful things which We have provided for you and be grateful to Allāh if it is indeed Him that you worship.

The Command to Consume and Be Grateful: Lawful food deserves thanks.

The Insight

Believers are commanded to eat the good, lawful things provided by God and to be grateful to Him alone. Connect eating to worship. Every meal should be an act of gratitude. Acknowledge that the goodness of the food is a direct gift, reinforcing your devotion to the Provider.
