آيات AYAT.ONE
وَمَنۡ اَظۡلَمُ مِمَّنۡ مَّنَعَ مَسٰجِدَ اللّٰهِ اَنۡ يُّذۡكَرَ فِيۡهَا اسۡمُهٗ وَسَعٰـى فِىۡ خَرَابِهَا ​ؕ اُولٰٓٮِٕكَ مَا كَانَ لَهُمۡ اَنۡ يَّدۡخُلُوۡهَآ اِلَّا خَآٮِٕفِيۡنَ ؕ لَهُمۡ فِى الدُّنۡيَا خِزۡىٌ وَّلَهُمۡ فِى الۡاٰخِرَةِ عَذَابٌ عَظِيۡمٌ‏ ۝
Waman athlamu mimman manaAAamasajida Allahi an yuthkara feehaismuhu wasaAAa fee kharabiha ola-ikama kana lahum an yadkhulooha illa kha-ifeenalahum fee addunya khizyun walahum fee al-akhiratiAAathabun AAatheem
And who are more unjust than those who prevent the name of Allāh from being mentioned i.e., praised in His mosques and strive toward their destruction. It is not for them to enter them except in fear. For them in this world is disgrace, and they will have in the Hereafter a great punishment.

The Crime of Obstructing Worship: Preventing access to holy sites.

The Insight

This condemns those who actively prevent people from performing devotion in God's places of worship (mosques) and try to ruin them. Protect and value all sacred spaces. Actively oppose any effort to prevent access to, or desecrate, houses of worship. They should be places of peace and access for all sincere seekers of God.
