Surah Al-Qadr 97:4
تَنَزَّلُ الۡمَلٰٓٮِٕكَةُ وَالرُّوۡحُ فِيۡهَا بِاِذۡنِ رَبِّهِمۡ​ۚ مِّنۡ كُلِّ اَمۡرٍ ۛۙ‏ ۝
Tanazzalu almala-ikatu warroohufeeha bi-ithni rabbihim min kulli amr
That night the angels and the ˹holy˺ spirit descend, by the permission of their Lord, for every ˹decreed˺ matter.
