Surah Al-Alaq 96:15
كَلَّا لَٮِٕنۡ لَّمۡ يَنۡتَهِ  ۙ لَنَسۡفَعًۢا بِالنَّاصِيَةِۙ‏ ۝
Kalla la-in lam yantahi lanasfaAAanbinnasiya
But no! If he does not desist, We will certainly drag him by the forelock—
