Surah At-Tawbah 9:82
فَلۡيَـضۡحَكُوۡا قَلِيۡلاً وَّلۡيَبۡكُوۡا كَثِيۡرًا​ ۚ جَزَآءًۢ بِمَا كَانُوۡا يَكۡسِبُوۡنَ‏ ۝
Falyadhakoo qaleelan walyabkookatheeran jazaan bima kanoo yaksiboon
So let them laugh a little and then weep much as recompense for what they used to earn.
