Surah Al-Mutaffifin 83:29
اِنَّ الَّذِيۡنَ اَجۡرَمُوۡا كَانُوۡا مِنَ الَّذِيۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا يَضۡحَكُوۡنَ  ۖ‏ ۝
Inna allatheena ajramoo kanoomina allatheena amanoo yadhakoon
Indeed, those who committed crimes used to laugh at those who believed.
