Surah Al-Mutaffifin 83:12
وَمَا يُكَذِّبُ بِهٖۤ اِلَّا كُلُّ مُعۡتَدٍ اَثِيۡمٍۙ‏ ۝
Wama yukaththibu bihi illakullu muAAtadin atheem
And none deny it except every sinful transgressor.
