Surah At-Takwir 81:29
وَمَا تَشَآءُوۡنَ اِلَّاۤ اَنۡ يَّشَآءَ اللّٰهُ رَبُّ الۡعٰلَمِيۡنَ‏ ۝
Wama tashaoona illa anyashaa Allahu rabbu alAAalameen
But you cannot will ˹to do so˺, except by the Will of Allah, the Lord of all worlds.
