Surah Al-Mursalat 77:48
وَاِذَا قِيۡلَ لَهُمُ ارۡكَعُوۡا لَا يَرۡكَعُوۡنَ‏ ۝
Wa-itha qeela lahumu irkaAAoo layarkaAAoon
And when it is said to them, "Bow in prayer," they do not bow.
