Surah Al-A'raf 7:92
الَّذِيۡنَ كَذَّبُوۡا شُعَيۡبًا كَاَنۡ لَّمۡ يَغۡنَوۡا فِيۡهَا​​ ۛۚ اَ لَّذِيۡنَ كَذَّبُوۡا شُعَيۡبًا كَانُوۡا هُمُ الۡخٰسِرِيۡنَ​​‏ ۝
Allatheena kaththabooshuAAayban kaan lam yaghnaw feeha allatheena kaththabooshuAAayban kanoo humu alkhasireen
Those who denied Shuʿayb - it was as though they had never resided there. Those who denied Shuʿayb - it was they who were the losers.

The Insight

Those who rejected Shu'ayb were completely destroyed, as if they had never lived there. **Learn from the silent ruins.** The ultimate tragedy is the annihilation of a people due to their own moral corruption.
