آيات AYAT.ONE
Surah Al-A'raf 7:26
يٰبَنِىۡۤ اٰدَمَ قَدۡ اَنۡزَلۡنَا عَلَيۡكُمۡ لِبَاسًا يُّوَارِىۡ سَوۡاٰتِكُمۡ وَرِيۡشًا​ ؕ وَلِبَاسُ التَّقۡوٰى ۙ ذٰ لِكَ خَيۡرٌ​ ؕ ذٰ لِكَ مِنۡ اٰيٰتِ اللّٰهِ لَعَلَّهُمۡ يَذَّكَّرُوۡنَ‏ ۝
Ya banee adama qad anzalnaAAalaykum libasan yuwaree saw-atikumwareeshan walibasu attaqwa thalikakhayrun thalika min ayati AllahilaAAallahum yaththakkaroon
O children of Adam, We have bestowed upon you clothing to conceal your private parts and as adornment. But the clothing of righteousness - that is best. That is from the signs of Allāh that perhaps they will remember.

The Gift of Clothing: God provided clothing for covering and adornment.

The Insight

God provided clothing to cover human shame and as an adornment, but the clothing of piety (*Taqwa*) is best. **Value piety over fashion.** Use clothing modestly to cover and adorn, but recognize that true value lies in the inner garment of God-consciousness, which protects the soul from sin.
