Surah Al-A'raf (7:2)

كِتٰبٌ اُنۡزِلَ اِلَيۡكَ فَلَا يَكُنۡ فِىۡ صَدۡرِكَ حَرَجٌ مِّنۡهُ لِتُنۡذِرَ بِهٖ وَذِكۡرٰى لِلۡمُؤۡمِنِيۡنَ‏ ۝

Kitabun onzila ilayka falayakun fee sadrika harajun minhu litunthirabihi wathikra lilmu/mineen

˹This is˺ a Book sent down to you ˹O Prophet˺—do not let anxiety into your heart regarding it—so with it you may warn ˹the disbelievers˺, and as a reminder to the believers.

The Purpose of the Book: A revelation sent for warning and comfort.

The Insight

The Qur'an is revealed so that the Prophet may warn the disbelievers and serve as an admonition to the believers. **Receive the book with open heart.** The Qur'an serves a dual purpose: warning the negligent and consoling the sincere. Use it for personal correction and spiritual fortification.
