And "O Adam, dwell, you and your wife, in Paradise and eat from wherever you will but do not approach this tree, lest you be among the wrongdoers."

Tadabbur (Reflection)

Theme of the Ayat

The Warning to Adam: Allowing Adam and his spouse to live in Paradise, with one prohibition.

The Insight

Adam and his spouse were permitted to live freely in Paradise and eat abundantly, but were warned not to approach a specific tree. **Respect God's boundaries.** Limits are not deprivation. God provides abundance but sets clear boundaries as a test of obedience, not a means of restriction.
