And recite to them, O Muḥammad, the news of him to whom We gave knowledge of Our signs, but he detached himself from them; so Satan pursued him, and he became of the deviators.

Tadabbur (Reflection)

Theme of the Ayat

The Parable of Denial: The man who was stripped of God's signs and fell to Satan's influence.

The Insight

The story of the man who was given God's signs but cast them aside, falling to Satan's influence, is likened to a panting dog. **Fear spiritual reversal.** Knowledge is not protection. Possessing great knowledge but failing to implement it leads to spiritual degradation and makes one vulnerable to Satan's control.
