Theme of the Ayat

The Warning of Sight and Hearing: God can remove humanity's senses at will.

The Insight

The Prophet is commanded to ask them who can restore their hearing and sight if God removes them. **Protect God's fundamental gifts.** Be grateful for your health and senses. Abuse of these gifts can lead to their removal, demonstrating God's absolute power over human capacity.
