AYAT.ONE
Wa-in kana kabura AAalayka iAAraduhumfa-ini istataAAta an tabtaghiya nafaqan fee al-ardiaw sullaman fee assama-i fata/tiyahum bi-ayatinwalaw shaa Allahu lajamaAAahum AAala alhudafala takoonanna mina aljahileen
And if their evasion is difficult for you, then if you are able to seek a tunnel into the earth or a stairway into the sky to bring them a sign, then do so. But if Allāh had willed, He would have united them upon guidance. So never be of the ignorant.

Theme of the Ayat

The Futility of Miracle-Seeking: Rejecting truth even if miracles were granted.

The Insight

Even if the Prophet had brought spectacular miracles, the deniers would still refuse to believe. The Prophet is told to leave them to their willful denial. **Acknowledge spiritual free will.** Do not waste your energy seeking to convince those who have consciously chosen denial. Your duty is clarity, not forced conversion.
