Surah At-Tur 52:35
اَمۡ خُلِقُوۡا مِنۡ غَيۡرِ شَىۡءٍ اَمۡ هُمُ الۡخٰلِقُوۡنَؕ‏ ۝
Am khuliqoo min ghayri shay-in am humu alkhaliqoon
Or were they created by nothing, or were they the creators of themselves?
