Surah Ad-Dhariyat 51:35
فَاَخۡرَجۡنَا مَنۡ كَانَ فِيۡهَا مِنَ الۡمُؤۡمِنِيۡنَ​ۚ‏ ۝
Faakhrajna man kana feehamina almu/mineen
So We brought out whoever was in them i.e., the cities of the believers.
