Surah Qaf 50:29
مَا يُبَدَّلُ الۡقَوۡلُ لَدَىَّ وَمَاۤ اَنَا بِظَلَّامٍ لِّلۡعَبِيۡدِ‏ ۝
Ma yubaddalu alqawlu ladayya wamaana bithallamin lilAAabeed
The word i.e., decree will not be changed with Me, and never will I be unjust to the servants."
