Surah Qaf 50:15
اَفَعَيِيۡنَا بِالۡخَـلۡقِ الۡاَوَّلِ​ؕ بَلۡ هُمۡ فِىۡ لَبۡسٍ مِّنۡ خَلۡقٍ جَدِيۡدٍ‏ ۝
AfaAAayeena bilkhalqial-awwali bal hum fee labsin min khalqin jadeed
Were We incapable of creating ˹them˺ the first time? In fact, they are in doubt about ˹their˺ re-creation.
