O People of the Scripture, there has come to you Our Messenger making clear to you much of what you used to conceal of the Scripture and overlooking much. There has come to you from Allāh a light and a clear Book i.e., the Qur’ān

Tadabbur (Reflection)

Theme of the Ayat

The Final Messenger: God sends the Qur'an to expose and correct the concealed truths of earlier books.

The Insight

The Qur'an comes to expose the many truths the People of the Book had concealed from their own scriptures and to correct their errors. **Welcome correction and clarity.** Treat the Qur'an as the final, necessary tool for clarifying concealed truths and reforming distorted practices in faith.
