Surah Al-Ahqaf (46:10)

قُلۡ اَرَءَيۡتُمۡ اِنۡ كَانَ مِنۡ عِنۡدِ اللّٰهِ وَكَفَرۡتُمۡ بِهٖ وَشَهِدَ شَاهِدٌ مِّنۡۢ بَنِىۡۤ اِسۡرَآءِيۡلَ عَلٰى مِثۡلِهٖ فَاٰمَنَ وَاسۡتَكۡبَرۡتُمۡ ؕ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ لَا يَهۡدِى الۡقَوۡمَ الظّٰلِمِيۡنَ‏ ۝

Qul araaytum in kana min AAindi Allahiwakafartum bihi washahida shahidun min banee isra-eelaAAala mithlihi faamana wastakbartum innaAllaha la yahdee alqawma aththalimeen

Say, "Have you considered: if it i.e., the Qur’ān was from Allāh, and you disbelieved in it while a witness from the Children of Israel has testified to something similar and believed while you were arrogant...?" Indeed, Allāh does not guide the wrongdoing people.

The Insight

Reflect on the meaning: "Say, "Have you considered: if it i.e., the Qur’ān was from Allāh, and you disbelieved in it while a witness from the Children of Israel has testified to something similar and believed while you were arrogant...?" Indeed, Allāh does not guide the wrongdoing people.".
