Surah Ad-Dukhan 44:42
اِلَّا مَنۡ رَّحِمَ اللّٰهُ​ؕ اِنَّهٗ هُوَ الۡعَزِيۡزُ الرَّحِيۡمُ‏ ۝
Illa man rahima Allahuinnahu huwa alAAazeezu arraheem
Except those believers on whom Allāh has mercy. Indeed, He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful.
