Surah Fussilat 41:7
الَّذِيۡنَ لَا يُؤۡتُوۡنَ الزَّكٰوةَ وَهُمۡ بِالۡاٰخِرَةِ هُمۡ كٰفِرُوۡنَ‏  ۝
Allatheena la yu/toona azzakatawahum bil-akhirati hum kafiroon
those who do not pay alms-tax and are in denial of the Hereafter.
