Surah Fussilat 41:10
وَجَعَلَ فِيۡهَا رَوَاسِىَ مِنۡ فَوۡقِهَا وَبٰرَكَ فِيۡهَا وَقَدَّرَ فِيۡهَاۤ اَقۡوَاتَهَا فِىۡۤ اَرۡبَعَةِ اَيَّامٍؕ سَوَآءً لِّلسَّآٮِٕلِيۡنَ‏ ۝
WajaAAala feeha rawasiya minfawqiha wabaraka feeha waqaddara feehaaqwataha fee arbaAAati ayyamin sawaanlissa-ileen
He placed on the earth firm mountains, standing high, showered His blessings upon it, and ordained ˹all˺ its means of sustenance—totaling four Days exactly—for all who ask.
