آيات AYAT.ONE
وَّالۡمُحۡصَنٰتُ مِنَ النِّسَآءِ اِلَّا مَا مَلَـكَتۡ اَيۡمَانُكُمۡ​ۚ كِتٰبَ اللّٰهِ عَلَيۡكُمۡ​ۚ وَاُحِلَّ لَـكُمۡ مَّا وَرَآءَ ذٰ لِكُمۡ اَنۡ تَبۡتَـغُوۡا بِاَمۡوَالِكُمۡ مُّحۡصِنِيۡنَ غَيۡرَ مُسَافِحِيۡنَ​ ؕ فَمَا اسۡتَمۡتَعۡتُمۡ بِهٖ مِنۡهُنَّ فَاٰ تُوۡهُنَّ اُجُوۡرَهُنَّ فَرِيۡضَةً​ ؕ وَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيۡكُمۡ فِيۡمَا تَرٰضَيۡـتُمۡ بِهٖ مِنۡۢ بَعۡدِ الۡـفَرِيۡضَةِ​ ؕ اِنَّ اللّٰهَ كَانَ عَلِيۡمًا حَكِيۡمًا‏ ۝
Walmuhsanatu mina annisa-iilla ma malakat aymanukum kitaba AllahiAAalaykum waohilla lakum ma waraa thalikuman tabtaghoo bi-amwalikum muhsineena ghayra musafiheenafama istamtaAAtum bihi minhunna faatoohunnaojoorahunna fareedatan wala junaha AAalaykumfeema taradaytum bihi min baAAdi alfareedatiinna Allaha kana AAaleeman hakeema
And also prohibited to you are all married women except those your right hands possess. This is the decree of Allāh upon you. And lawful to you are all others beyond these, provided that you seek them in marriage with gifts from your property, desiring chastity, not unlawful sexual intercourse. So for whatever you enjoy of marriage from them, give them their due compensation as an obligation. And there is no blame upon you for what you mutually agree to beyond the obligation. Indeed, Allāh is ever Knowing and Wise.

All women are made lawful for marriage, provided it is done through genuine marriage contracts (seeking with dowry), not through transient affairs or illicit relations. **Uphold contractual integrity.** Ensure all intimate relationships are established through open, legal, and honorable contracts that secure the rights of both parties, rejecting all clandestine arrangements. |
