آيات AYAT.ONE
فَبِظُلۡمٍ مِّنَ الَّذِيۡنَ هَادُوۡا حَرَّمۡنَا عَلَيۡهِمۡ طَيِّبٰتٍ اُحِلَّتۡ لَهُمۡ وَبِصَدِّهِمۡ عَنۡ سَبِيۡلِ اللّٰهِ كَثِيۡرًا ۙ‏ ۝
Fabithulmin mina allatheenahadoo harramna AAalayhim tayyibatinohillat lahum wabisaddihim AAan sabeeli Allahikatheera
For wrongdoing on the part of the Jews, We made unlawful for them certain good foods which had been lawful to them, and for their averting from the way of Allāh many people,

The Consequence of Transgression: God makes certain lawful things unlawful due to sin.

The Insight

Due to the injustice of the Jews, God made certain wholesome things unlawful for them. **Recognize the moral link to law.** Restrictions and prohibitions in law can sometimes be a consequence of preceding sins and moral corruption.
