Those who take disbelievers as allies instead of the believers. Do they seek with them honor through power? But indeed, honor belongs to Allāh entirely.

Tadabbur (Reflection)

Theme of the Ayat

The Alliance of the Weak: Seeking honor from disbelievers will lead to humiliation.

The Insight

Those who seek honor and security from the disbelievers are warned that all honor belongs to God. **Seek honor from the Creator.** Do not debase yourself by compromising principles to gain status or approval from those who reject God's authority. True honor comes only from God.
