Surah Az-Zumar 39:62
اَللّٰهُ خَالِقُ كُلِّ شَىۡءٍ​ وَّ هُوَ عَلٰى كُلِّ شَىۡءٍ وَّكِيۡلٌ‏ ۝
Allahu khaliqu kulli shay-inwahuwa AAala kulli shay-in wakeel
Allāh is the Creator of all things, and He is, over all things, Disposer of affairs.
