اَللّٰهُ يَتَوَفَّى الۡاَنۡفُسَ حِيۡنَ مَوۡتِهَا وَالَّتِىۡ لَمۡ تَمُتۡ فِىۡ مَنَامِهَا ۚ فَيُمۡسِكُ الَّتِىۡ قَضٰى عَلَيۡهَا الۡمَوۡتَ وَ يُرۡسِلُ الۡاُخۡرٰٓى اِلٰٓى اَجَلٍ مُّسَمًّى ؕ اِنَّ فِىۡ ذٰ لِكَ لَاٰیٰتٍ لِّقَوۡمٍ يَّتَفَكَّرُوۡنَ
Allahu yatawaffa al-anfusa heenamawtiha wallatee lam tamut fee manamihafayumsiku allatee qada AAalayha almawta wayursilual-okhra ila ajalin musamman inna fee thalikalaayatin liqawmin yatafakkaroon
Allāh takes the souls at the time of their death, and those that do not die He takes during their sleep. Then He keeps those for which He has decreed death and releases the others for a specified term. Indeed in that are signs for a people who give thought.
