Surah As-Saffat 37:30
وَمَا كَانَ لَنَا عَلَيۡكُمۡ مِّنۡ سُلۡطٰنِ​ۚ بَلۡ كُنۡتُمۡ قَوۡمًا طٰغِيۡنَ‏  ۝
Wama kana lanaAAalaykum min sultanin bal kuntum qawman tagheen
And we had over you no authority, but you were a transgressing people.
