Surah As-Saffat 37:150
اَمۡ خَلَقۡنَا الۡمَلٰٓٮِٕكَةَ اِنَاثًا وَّهُمۡ شٰهِدُوۡنَ‏ ۝
Am khalaqna almala-ikata inathanwahum shahidoon
Or did We create the angels as females while they were witnesses?"
