Surah Ya-Sin 36:70
لِّيُنۡذِرَ مَنۡ كَانَ حَيًّا وَّيَحِقَّ الۡقَوۡلُ عَلَى الۡكٰفِرِيۡنَ‏ ۝
Liyunthira man kana hayyanwayahiqqa alqawlu AAala alkafireen
To warn whoever is alive and justify the word i.e., decree against the disbelievers.
