Surah Ya-Sin 36:39
وَالۡقَمَرَ قَدَّرۡنٰهُ مَنَازِلَ حَتّٰى عَادَ كَالۡعُرۡجُوۡنِ الۡقَدِيۡمِ‏  ۝
Walqamara qaddarnahu manazilahatta AAada kalAAurjooni alqadeem
And the moon - We have determined for it phases, until it returns appearing like the old date stalk.
