Surah Ya-Sin 36:10
وَسَوَآءٌ عَلَيۡهِمۡ ءَاَنۡذَرۡتَهُمۡ اَمۡ لَمۡ تُنۡذِرۡهُمۡ لَا يُؤۡمِنُوۡنَ‏  ۝
Wasawaon AAalayhim aanthartahumam lam tunthirhum la yu/minoon
