Surah As-Sajdah 32:18
اَفَمَنۡ كَانَ مُؤۡمِنًا كَمَنۡ كَانَ فَاسِقًا​ ؕ لَا يَسۡتَوٗنَ‏ ۝
Afaman kana mu/minan kaman kanafasiqan la yastawoon
Then is one who was a believer like one who was defiantly disobedient? They are not equal.
