Surah Ar-Rum (30:38)

فَاٰتِ ذَا الۡقُرۡبٰى حَقَّهٗ وَ الۡمِسۡكِيۡنَ وَابۡنَ السَّبِيۡلِؕ ذٰلِكَ خَيۡرٌ لِّلَّذِيۡنَ يُرِيۡدُوۡنَ وَجۡهَ اللّٰهِ وَاُولٰٓٮِٕكَ هُمُ الۡمُفۡلِحُوۡنَ‏ ۝

Faati tha alqurba haqqahuwalmiskeena wabna assabeeli thalikakhayrun lillatheena yureedoona wajha Allahi waola-ikahumu almuflihoon

So give the relative his right, as well as the needy and the traveler. That is best for those who desire the face i.e., approval of Allāh, and it is they who will be the successful.
